BOOTSWe ask that all of our riders please bring appropriate footwear for riding. This means that everyone is expected to wear footwear with a 1-2 inch heel (but no fashion heels or high heels). Specialized riding boots such as paddock boots and half chaps and or tall boots are recommended. Some combat boots and Blundstones are also acceptable.

RIDING helmetSafety is our number one priority, and we require all of our riders to wear a helmet. If you do not have a helmet, let one of the executive team members or the riding instructor know so that we can find one that fits you properly.

OTHER THINGS WE RECOMMENDRubber Boots: Sometimes we have to bring in horses from the field and it gets muddy out there.
Gloves: Keeps your fingers warm in the cold and also helps avoid uncomfortable rubbing on your hands from the leather reins. Warm Clothes: Bring coats, sweaters, sweatpants or anything you think is suitable to keep you cozy. It's cold out by the ocean and we believe it is always better to be too warm than too cold. |
